Seldom Voted with Democrats on Contested, Partisan Votes

When a vote is divided between Democrats and Republicans (what we call contested, partisan votes), Rep. Matt Morgan rarely joins with Democrats. Republican Rep. Ryan Guillen sides with Democrats over 60% of the time on these votes. Republican Rep. Morgan - only about 8% of the time.
